QANTAS Airways’ aircraft engineers union believe 400 maintenance jobs could be in jeopardy

QANTAS Airways‘ (Sydney) aircraft engineers union believe 400 maintenance jobs could be lost. The airline is considering closing and consolidating its maintenance bases at Melbourne (Tullamarine), Avalon and Brisbane. The union believes the airline will close the Tullamarine facility according to this story by the Herald Sun.
