Bluebird Nordic to operate in the Caribbean area this winter for Sky Cana

Bluebird Nordic (Keflavik) has received a foreign operating certificate from the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT).

As a result, the Icelandic carrier will operate seven weekly roundtrip flights alternating between Santo Domingo, D.R., San Jose, Costa Rica and Miami International Airport (MIA) starting on December 27, 2022. Bluebird Nordic will operate its Boeing 737-800F aircraft on the flights for Sky Cana of the Dominican Republic.

Bluebird Nordic operates a fleet of one Boeing 737-300, seven Boeing 737-400s and one Boeing 737-800 full freighter aircraft.
