SIA Engineering Company Limited (SIAEC) has announce that it has signed an agreement with Hawaiian Airlines Inc. to perform airframe maintenance services for its Airbus A321neo fleet of 18 aircraft into year 2027.

The maintenance services will be undertaken at one of SIAEC Base Maintenance’s network of facilities, SIA Engineering Company (Philippines) Corporation (SIAEP), in Clark, Philippines.

Currently, SIAEC is providing Airbus A330 maintenance services at its Singapore facility for Hawaiian Airlines’ 24 Airbus A330 aircraft.

Hawaiian Airlines, headquartered in Honolulu, Hawai’i, offers approximately 150 daily flights within the Hawaiian Islands, and nonstop flights between Hawaiʻi and 15 U.S. gateway cities – more than any other airline – as well as services connecting Honolulu and American Samoa, Australia, the Cook Islands, Japan, New Zealand, South Korea and Tahiti.

Fun fact: Hawaiian Airlines became the first airline in the nation to operate scheduled U.S. air cargo flights and holds the nation’s first cargo service certificate.
