Ryan International Airlines files for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection and reorganization

Ryan International Airlines (Rockford) has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection and reorganization according to this report by WREX Channel 13 although the company has not yet issued a statement. The charter company continues to operate. The airline has been hit hard by a decline in military charters.
