Colorful Sky Airlines of Turkey ceases operations

Sky Airlines (Antalya) of Turkey filed for bankruptcy and ceased all operations on June 4 following the financial collapse of its parent company Kayi Group. Previously subsidiary German Sky Airlines (Dusseldorf) had suspended all operations on December 1, 2012.

German Sky Airlines commences operations

German Sky Airlines (Dusseldorf) has received its AOC and started operations on November 12 using its first aircraft.

German Sky Airlines adds Boeing 737-800 D-AGSA

German Sky Airlines (associated with Sky Airlines) (Dusseldorf) has taken delivery of Boeing 737-800 D-AGSA. According to the website, German Sky Airlines GmbH was established in 2004 under the umbrella of the Kayi Group tourism group as an independent company. In addition to unifying the Kayitur incoming agency and the Adam and Eve designer hotel, the Kayi Group also unifies the GTI / DTI Travel tour operators and Sky Airlines (Antalya). D-AGSA is the first dedicated German-registered aircraft for the new airline.
