Flyglobespan (Globespan Airways) ceases all operations and goes into receivership

Flyglobespan (Flyglobespan.com) (Globespan Airways) (Edinburgh) today (December 16) shut down all operations and was immediately placed into receivership (bankruptcy protection).

Flyglobespan (Globespan Airways) avoids receivership with last minute cash injection

Flyglobespan (Flyglobespan.com) (Globespan Airways) (Edinburgh) was able to stave off possible receivership (bankruptcy) on Friday (November 13) by a last minute cash injection.

Globespan Airways (flyglobespan.com) (Edinburgh) quickly put its Boeing 737-8BK G-CEJP (msn 29646) back into revenue service in May after the lease ended with Oman Air (Muscat). The result is this interesting hybrid livery.
