Rio Linhas Aereas to add two Boeing 767-200 freighters, will serve Miami

Rio Linhas Aereas (Curitiba) is ion the process of leasing two Boeing 767-200 freighters. The cargo airline is also planning to serve Miami with the new additions.

Rio Linhas Aereas is cleared to fly

Rio Linhas Aereas (Curitiba) is a new cargo airline based in Brazil. The upstart has now received its Air Operator’s Certificate (AOC). It is now ready to start operations with a single ex-Kitty Hawk AirCargo Boeing 727-214 (F) registered PR-RLJ (msn 21513, ex N751US). The fledgling company is also planning to acquire a McDonnell Douglas DC-10-30F.
