Darwin Airline to add Genoa, Italy service on January 30

Darwin Airline (Lugano) will add Genoa and the Geneva-Genoa and Zurich-Genoa routes on January 30, 2012. The new routes will be operated by SAAB 2000 turboprops.

Additionally, Darwin will also start the Geneva-Luxembourg route on January 30, 2012. The new route will be flown with SAAB 2000s.

Previously on November 25 Darwin Airline and FlyBaboo, the two Swiss regional airlines today announced that they have entered into an agreement, where Darwin will take over the routes currently operated by Baboo and purchase part of Baboo’s operational assets.
