The first airliner of Chilean Airways, ex-ADA Boeing 737-2Q3 CC-CVI (msn 22367) arrived at Iquique’s Diego Aracena Airport (SCDA) on June 22, 2016 from Cochabamba in Bolivia. Its maiden operations in Chile were on June 27, 2016 after the ferry flight from Iquique to Santiago (SCL) the previous day.
The company currently operates on behalf of One Airlines that has sent its sole aircraft, the Boeing 737-36N CC-AIT (msn 28554) to Cochabamba for maintenance. Therefore Chilean is now flying between Santiago and Calama for the mining industry.
Chilean Airways is not selling any individual tickets, having announced that is operating charter flights only.
