Delta Connection (Kenya) (Nairobi) has changed its name to D-Connection. Delta Air Lines had objected to the use of the name for obvious reasons.

Delta Connection ordered not to use name

Delta Connection (Kenya) (Nairobi) has been ordered by the High Court in Kenya to stop using the “Delta” name. Delta Air Lines (Atlanta) took the upstart to court in Kenya last December for name infringement and won its appeal. Delta Connection will be forced to use another name. It started regional operations in Africa on February 2, 2007.
