Ariana Afghan Airlines (Kabul) resumed domestic flights on September 4 from Kabul to Herat, Khost, Mazar Sharif and Kandahar.
The airline made this announcement on social media on September 4:
The restart of internal flights. Two flights from Kabul to Herat province and Mazar Sharif City were operational.
Kabul Airport was reopened with the assistance of the government of Qatar.

Safi Airways, Ariana Afghan Airlines and Kam Air (all Kabul) have been banned by the European Commission from flying in EU airspace due to safety concerns. The EU banned all airlines from Afghanistan.
