The Canadian Transportation Agency (CTA) has announced it has determined that Flair Airlines is Canadian-owned and operated.

The CTA was investigating the company on a reports that some of its owner were not Canadian.

The investigation focused on the influence of U.S.-based investor 777 Partners LCC which helped the airline survive during COVID-19 restrictions.
