Equair shows off its first Boeing 737-700, will launch operations next month

Equair (Quito) received its AOC on December 18, 2021.

The new airline intended to launch operations on December 22, 2021 in Ecuador but it has announced it has delayed the launch to January 10, 2022 with two leased ex-KLM Boeing 737-700s (HC-CXB and HC-CXC).

EquAir is a new airline in Ecuador

EquAir is a new airline that has formed in Ecuador.

The new airline intends to commence operations domestically with two Boeing 737-700s.

The main route will be between Quito and Guayaquil as well as Baltra (GPS) and San Cristobal (SCY) in the Galápagos Islands according to El Universo.
