Sunny Airways (Bangkok) is a new charter airline based in Thailand. The company  was established on August 30, 2010. The upstart will commence scheduled operations on August 19. The first route will be on the Bangkok-Frankfurt route via Sharjah for refueling using a Boeing 767-200 ER aircraft. The fight will operate on a weekly basis in each direction.

Boeing 767-269 ER HS-KOA (msn 23280) was the first to arrive, having been accepted on June 8, 2011.

The airline intends to add another 767-200 shortly and also plans to have a total of four Boeing 767 aircraft in the fleet by next year.
