Starting today (May 6) until Sunday, May 19, aircraft which land at the Bologna Marconi Airport, will be led to the parking spot by a truly unique “Follow Me” airport vehicle. A Lamborghini Aventador LP 700-4 is painted in this special airport color scheme. Lamborghini is the technical sponsor for the program which is celebrating its 50th anniversary.
The super sports car, with a 700 hp V12 engine is marked in this special livery with red squares. The technical staff of Bologna Airport will drive the vehicle and participated in a driving course held by the test driver Mario Fasanetto. The Lamborghini car factory is right under the landing pattern to Bologna, only 8 miles away from the airport.
