JAL to receive $7.7 billion in state aid

JAL-Japan Airlines (Tokyo-Haneda) has received good news. The government of Japan plans to guarantee about $7.7 billion in loans and other funds provided by financial institutions to keep the flag carrier flying, the Nikkei business daily reported.
