JetBlue Airways (New York-JFK) previously announced a contest to select the next tail design. Yesterday the company announced the winner. JetBlue announced the following:

“In honor of the 10th anniversary, one JetBlue aircraft will be decorated with the winning design by JetBlue Crewmember Troy Bokosky from our Long Beach Focus City.

JetBlue has a long tradition of Crewmember-named planes, however this will mark the first time a plane has been adorned by a design submitted by a Crewmember and voted on by the public. With a full 30% of over 30,000 votes submitted, Building Blocks was clearly a fan favorite, and we’re proud to add it to our fleet of over 150 aircraft.”
