Hainan Airlines to add Zurich service on May 31

Hainan Airlines (Haikou) will launch the Beijing-Zurich route on May 31. The new will route will be operated with Airbus A330s three times a week.

On the financial side, the company reported a net profit of $42 million in the first quarter.

The operational bases of Hainan Airlines are Beijing and Haikou, while other operational bases are Xi’an, Urumqi, Taiyuan, Ningbo, Shenzhen and Guangzhou. Hainan Airlines’ current network covers approximately 100 destinations around the world with over 500 flights per week.
