Zambezi Airlines stops flying for Air Zimbabwe

Zambezi Airlines Boeing 737-5Y0 9J-ZJB (msn 26100) JNB (Christian Volpati), originally uploaded by Airliners Gallery.

Zambezi Airlines (Lusaka) yesterday (May 18) stopped flying for Air Zimbabwe (Harare) leaving that airline grounded according to this article by the Defence Web.

Previously the government of Zimbabwe told the flag carrier to stop flying their older Boeing 737-200s. Air Zimbabwe hired Zambezi to fly the regional routes for Air Zimbabwe.
