Aloha Air Cargo adds its first SAAB 340A freighter

Aloha Air Cargo (Honolulu) has added its first (of two) SAAB 340A freighter to supplement its three Boeing 737-200 freighters. The pictured SAAB 340A N843KH (msn 046) (in a blue version of the 2008 livery) arrived at Honolulu on June 5.

Hawaii’s largest wholesale baker of freshly baked bread partnered with Aloha Air Cargo to launch “Hawaii’s Fresh Express.” N834AL was operated daily from Honolulu to Kauai, Maui and the Big Island to ensure regular delivery of freshly baked Love’s Bakery products. However N834AL has recently gone into storage.
