EasyJet’s founder wants a stockholder vote on the new Airbus order

easyJet (easyJet.com) (UK) Airbus A319-111 G-EZDY (msn 3763) TLS (Guillaume Besnard), originally uploaded by Airliners Gallery.

EasyJet’s (London-Luton) founder and still largest stockholder Stelios Haji-Ioannou, wants a stockholder vote over the airline’s plans to by new A320s from Airbus, according to this report by Reuters.

Haji-Ioannou is upset about the terms of the Airbus order and is calling for a shareholder vote of the deal.
