Missinippi Airways (Beaver Air Services dba) (Manitoba) lost its AOC on July 16 following a tragic crash on July 4. The AOC has been suspended while the investigation continues.

On July 4, 2011, a Missinippi Airways Cessna 208B registered C-FMCB (msn 208B-B1114) crashed after takeoff from Pukatawagan Airport. One person was killed and the rest were treated for injuries.
