US Airways files a lawsuit against its pilots

US Airways Airbus A330-243 N283AY (msn 1076) CLT (David Neal), originally uploaded by Airliners Gallery.

US Airways (Phoenix) filed a lawsuit yesterday against the pilot’s labor union. The suit asks the federal court to prevent the labor group from conducting activities the airline claims are affecting its operations according to this report by Reuters.
