Transaero Airlines switches to Airbus, signs MOU for eight A320neo aircraft

Transaero Airlines Boeing 737-8K5 WL EI-EDZ (msn 27980) LHR (Wingnut), originally uploaded by Airliners Gallery.

Transaero Airlines (Moscow), a long-time Boeing customer, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for eight Airbus A320neo aircraft. It also secured four options. Airbus believes Transaero is also a potential customer for the A380 as it operates Boeing 747s.
