EasyJet (UK) (London-Luton) on September 9, 2011 took delivery of its last Airbus A319. A319-111 G-EZGR (msn 4837) was accepted by the company. The company is the world’s largest operator of the type, operating 153. Subsidiary easyJet Switzerland also operates 15 A319s and three Airbus A320 aircraft under Swiss registrations. EasyJet has 36 A320s still on order.
EasyJet is also in the final stages of phasing out the Boeing 737. The company is now down to only two 737-700s (G-EZKC and G-EZKD) remaining in the fleet.
