EasyJet founder Stelios Haji-Ioannou drops vote to expel a board member

EasyJet (easyJet.com) (London-Luton) founder Stelios Haji-Ioannou has withdrawn his request for an extraordinary general meeting to remove Professor Rigas Doganis as a non-executive director on the airline’s board of directors. This withdrawn falls after the company paid out a dividend payment to all stockholders including the Haji-Ioannou family.
