Norwegian opens a new base at Torp Airport

Norwegian Air Shuttle (Norwegian.se) Boeing 737-86N WL LN-NOM (msn 28642) (Greta Garbo) OSL (Ton Jochems), originally uploaded by Airliners Gallery.

Norwegian Air Shuttle (Norwegian.com) (Oslo) has announced it will open a new base at Sandefjord Airport, Torp, located south of Oslo in Norway. Three new domestic routes and five international routes will be developed from Torp.

Starting in late March 2012 Norwegian will base a Boeing 737-800 at Torp. Norwegian will begin flights to Antalya, Berlin, Bergen, Las Palmas, Palma de Mallorca, Nice and Trondheim from Torp.
