Baltia Air Lines, Inc. (BLTA) Management releases the following statement: It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Baltia’s Founder, President and CEO, Mr. Igor Dmitrowsky. Private arrangements are currently being made.

Baltia’s EVP Mr. Russell Thal is currently acting President. Baltia’s Board of Directors and Management are meeting to ensure a smooth and seamless transition. Please respect our wishes as we grieve and deal with this sudden loss. Mr. Dmitrowsky’s legacy will not be forgotten as we complete the final stage of the air carrier certification program.
