Regional Sky to start Wilkes-Barre/Scranton – Pittsburgh service

Regional Sky (Avoca, PA) will add new service from Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport (AVP) to Pittsburgh starting on April 23.

The new service will be operated as a public charter using Piper aircraft.

Regional Sky is headquartered in Northeastern Pennsylvania and has been offering charter flights since 1999 under the name Public Charters, Inc.

Regional Sky focuses on markets that are underserved by major airlines’ scheduled services, to honor these regions we are now operating under the name of Regional Sky.

The service is related to Texas Sky. Texas Sky has regular flights with departures and arrivals in Victoria, TX (VCT), Austin, TX (AUS) and Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW).

The company also operates North Country Sky. North Country Star currently provides flights between Manistee, MI (MBL) and Chicago (Midway), IL (MDW).
