Atlasglobal Airlines files for bankruptcy and halts all operations

Atlasglobal Airlines has filed for bankruptcy and ceased all operations on February 12, 2020. The last flight was to Baghdad.

Previously on January 29, 2020 the airline announced it would be suspending operations again, until February 9, 2020.

On January 29, 2019, it was announced that the company returned their two Airbus A330-200s (top) to their lessors.

Atlasglobal was established on March 14, 2001 in Turkey, licensed to carry out “Passenger and Cargo Transportation on Unscheduled Flights, Domestic and International” and operated its first flight on June 1, 2001.

Atlasglobal began to operate domestic and international scheduled flights in 2004 with the aim of offering passengers international standards of quality and comfort on board.
