Turkish Airlines cancels all flights to Italy, South Korea and Iraq

Turkish Airlines has made this announcement:

Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak in Italy, our flights to/from this country are cancelled starting from March 1, 2020.

Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak in South Korea and Iraq, our flights between February 29 – March 1, 2020 to/from Seoul, Baghdad, Basra, Najaf, Sulaymaniyah and Erbil are cancelled.

Iran flights: Apart from the Tehran flights, all operations to/from destinations in Iran are cancelled until March 10, 2020.

Turkish followed up with this announcement:

Due to coronavirus outbreak, our flights to China’s Xi’an, Guangzhou and Shanghai cities are cancelled until March 29, 2020.

Our flights to Beijing are cancelled until March 9, 2020 and further actions will be determined after talks with related authorities.
