Air Belgium delays the start of its new routes due to travel restrictions

Air Belgium (2nd) made this announcement:

Given the current sanitary context and the latest restrictions imposed by Belgian, Antillean, French and Mauritian Authorities, we have no choice but to accept the circumstances and modify our flight schedules to ensure travels in a safe and pleasant environment for all our passengers.

The resumption of our flights to the French West Indies is postponed to December 15, 2020.

The launch of our flights to Mauritius from Brussels is postponed to March 30, 2021.

While Air Belgium is not responsible for the current situation, we are extremely disappointed by the restrictions imposed and their consequences for each of our passengers. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconveniences caused.

The world is going through extremely challenging times, but our enthusiasm, positive mindset and motivation remain unshakeable. More than ever, we are committed to flying you again in the best and safest conditions as soon as possible.
