Jazeera Airways launches a new route to Tashkent

Jazeera Airways on June 28 launched a new route linking Kuwait City and Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

This is the first route between the two countries by the airline

A formal ceremony was conducted to celebrate the launch.

The new route will operate twice-weekly.

Previously the airline also launched a new route to Sarajevo on June 26.

The airline was established in April 2004, Jazeera Airways is the first non-government owned airline in the Middle East, continuing to be one of the few Middle East-based private airlines to this day.

Jazeera Airways serves to 30 destinations operating a reliable fleet of Airbus A320 and A320neo aircraft – all fitted with our signature leather seats and two or three class cabins. In June 2018, Jazeera was the first airline in the Middle East to introduce the A320neo into its fleet.
