Wizz Air is introducing a new route from Vilnius to Split in Croatia. First flights will be taking off starting June 13, 2022.

In other news, Wizz Air (UK) has opened its Cardiff base with eight new routes. The base is the fourth in the United Kingdom.
The first flight to Lanzarote had around 200 passengers onboard, leaving on time at 06:50 on April 8 after donuts and coffee were served to celebrate the airline’s arrival.

The carrier will fly to Alicante, Faro, Heraklion, Palma de Mallorca, Larnaca, Lanzarote and Tenerife, with flights to Corfu planned to begin in June.

Flights to Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt will start in November.
