Aviation Capital Group Signs Lease Agreements with Skymark Airlines for Seven Boeing 737-10 Aircraft

Aviation Capital Group, a leading global full-service aircraft lessor, announced a long-term lease agreement with Japanese carrier Skymark Airlines for three new Boeing 737-10 MAX aircraft.

The aircraft are selected from Aviation Capital Group’s direct order book with Boeing and are scheduled for delivery to the Tokyo-based operator starting in late 2026.

The addition of the highest-capacity 737 MAX variant aligns with Skymark Airlines’ ongoing fleet modernization strategy as the carrier replaces older single-aisle jets with more fuel-efficient models. Aircraft leasing executives highlighted that the 737-10 will provide Skymark with superior seat-mile economics and reduced carbon emissions, allowing the airline to expand passenger throughput on its dense domestic route network across Japan.
