Air Algerie (Algiers) and Boeing (Chicag) today announced a commitment for eight Next-Generation 737-800 airplanes. When finalized, the order will be worthย $724 millionย at list prices.
Today’s Air Algerie’s commitment for 737-800s will all feature the Boeing Sky Interior, the 787 Dreamliner inspired cabin.
Based inย Algeria’sย capital cityย Algiers, at Houari Boumedienne International Airport, Air Algerie currently serves more than 40 destinations acrossย Africa,ย Asia,ย Europe,ย North Americaย and theย Middle East. The Algerian flag-carrier currently operates a fleet of 17 Next-Generation 737-800s and five 737-600s.
