Air Mandalay (Yangon), as we previously reported, stopped flying as a scheduled passenger airline on December 10, 2014. According to Myanmar Times, quoting CEO U Sai Kham Park Hpa, the carrier has acquired two Embraer ERJ 145 regional jets and plans to restore operations as a charter airline.
Air Mandalay Limited is a private joint venture company that was incorporated on October 6, 1994 to operate as Myanmarโs first privately owned airline.
