Djibouti Air (Djibouti) is a new airline formed by anย UAE private investor and the Djibouti government. Scheduled passenger operations are planned to start on February 22 (delayed to March 3) between Djibouti and Dubai with a Boeing 737-200. A larger 737-300 will also be added according to this article by gulfnews.com. It is unclear if this new version is replacing the older Djibouti Airlines which commenced operations in 1996.
