JetSuiteX to launch air service from Phoenix to Burbank, Las Vegas and Oakland

JetSuiteX has announced that it will launch service from Phoenix to Burbank, Las Vegas, and Oakland.

Service from JetSuiteX’s location at Swift Aviation, located on the southwest side of Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, will commence as follows:

August 30 – Phoenix to Burbank (three daily flights)
September 12 – Phoenix to Las Vegas (four daily flights)
October 1 – Phoenix to Oakland (three daily flights)

This news follows JetSuiteX’s recent announcement that it will begin operating flights between Seattle’s King CountyInternational Airport-Boeing Field and Oakland beginning on July 1. To date, 2019 has marked a banner year for the rapidly expanding air carrier, which is celebrating its third anniversary of providing simple, reliable, and joyful air travel.

The addition of service to Phoenix will extend JetSuiteX’s route network to seven year-round destinations – Burbank(BUR), Concord/East Bay (CCR), Las Vegas (LAS), Orange County (SNA), Oakland (OAK), Phoenix (PHX), and Seattle (BFI) – as well as seasonal flights to Coachella Valley/Thermal (TRM) and Mammoth (MMH).

JetSuiteX announces the launch of Seattle service beginning July 1

JetSuiteX has announced that it will launch service to Seattle’s King County International Airport-Boeing Field (BFI) from Oakland beginning on July 1, 2019.

At launch, JetSuiteX will offer up to three round-trip flights a day between Oakland and Seattle daily. Ticket prices start at just $99 one-way.

The addition of service to Seattle extends JetSuiteX’s route network to six destinations including Orange County (SNA), Las Vegas (LAS), Concord/East Bay (CCR), Oakland (OAK) and Burbank (BUR), as well as Coachella Valley/Thermal (TRM) and Mammoth (MMH) seasonally.

JetSuiteX saves its customers up to an hour on each end of the trip by flying out of private terminals on spacious, comfortable 30-seat Embraer ERJ 135 aircraft while bypassing the long lines, crowds, and hassles associated with major airports. With JetSuiteX, passengers arrive at a private terminal just 20 minutes before their flight and can enjoy complimentary snacks and beverages (including cocktails while in-flight), 36 inches of leg room and up to three pieces of complimentary checked baggage.

Jetgo enters reorganization and suspends operations

Jetgo Australia (Brisbane) entered voluntary administration (bankruptcy) and suspended all operations on Friday, June 1, 2018.

The company issued this statement:

On June 1, 2018 we, Jonathan Paul McLeod and Bill Karageozis of McLeod & Partners, were appointed joint and several Administrators of the Company pursuant to Part 5.3A of the Corporations Act 2001.

We note that you may be a customer of the Company. In the circumstances all passenger operations of the Company have been temporarily suspended.

In the interim QANTAS has set up a hotline number for the Company’s passengers to assist with cancelled flights and other flight options. 1300 659 116.

You may also consider contacting your credit card provider to consider your options with respect to a refund of your ticket purchase. If this action is unsuccessful, you are also creditors of the Company and are entitled to lodge a claim in the Administration of the Company. Please see the Proof of Debt PDF download form on this page. Should you wish to formally lodge a claim in the Administration, please complete the Proof of Debt form and return same to this office along with documentation supporting your claim. Information regarding your rights as a creditor is provided in the information sheet enclosed to this report.

Jetgo Australia to fly Brisbane-Karratha-Singapore with new Embraer 175s

The City of Karratha has made this announcement:

A new regular flight service connecting the City of Karratha with Singapore and Brisbane will be available from mid-2018 following a Council decision to enter an agreement with Jetgo Australia.

Under the agreement Jetgo would operate regular passenger transport services twice weekly to Singapore and also twice weekly to Brisbane.

City of Karratha Mayor Peter Long said new service could commence by mid-2018, subject to regulatory approvals and mandatory modifications to the airport terminal.

The agreement with the City of Karratha would underpin Jetgo moving up from its current fleet of Embraer ERJ regional jets (above) in the 37 to 50 seat market segment to the larger 88 seat Embraer E175. This is a logical step for our business and builds on five and a half years of jet operations, including domestic airline services along with domestic and international jet charter services.
