Delta to restart Atlanta – Brussels flights for the summer of 2017

Delta Air Lines has announced its Brussels-Atlanta service will resume from March 2017, doubling its network from Belgium. The U.S. airline currently operates a daily year-round service between Brussels and New York-JFK.

The service, which will begin on March 26, 2017, will be the only nonstop flight between the Belgian capital and Atlanta and will operate daily throughout the summer.

All flights from Belgium are operated in conjunction with joint venture partners Air France, KLM and Alitalia.

The route will be operated using a 225-seat Boeing 767-300 aircraft.

Delta to add two new routes from Orlando

Delta Air Lines (Atlanta) is adding two new routes from Orlando in December. The airline will add the Orlando – Sao Paulo (Guarulhos) four days a week route starting on December 19 per Airline Route. This new international route will be served with Boeing 767-300 ERs.

Delta is also adding a daily feeder route from and to Miami with McDonnell Douglas MD-88s. The flights will be timed to feed both ends of the new Sao Paulo route.

As previously announced, Delta is also adding the daily Orlando – Seattle/Tacoma route on December 19.

In other news, Delta is also adding the Los Angeles – Tucson route on December 19.
