FAA probe of American Airlines may widen

Federal Aviation Administration-FAA’s (Washington) probe of American Airlines (Dallas/Fort Worth) for possible safety violations concerning McDonnell Douglas DC-9-82/83 (MD-82/83) aircraft may widen according to the Wall Street Journal.
