JetBlue Airways to add the Long Beach-Anchorage route

JetBlue Airways (New York) today announced plans to serve Anchorage Alaska, its 65th destination. Effective May 26, 2011, the carrier will launch summer seasonal daily nonstop service from Long Beach Airport (near Los Angeles) to Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport (ANC), the northernmost city in JetBlue’s expanding route network.
