Horizon Air brand retired, becomes “Alaska Horizon”

Horizon Air Bombardier DHC-8-402 (Q400) N428QX (msn 4160) SEA (Bruce Drum) (becomes Alaska Horizon)), originally uploaded by Airliners Gallery.

Horizon Air (Seattle/Tacoma) announced today it retire the Horizon brand and adopt a new “Alaska Horizon” livery featuring the Eskimo tail logo of sister airline Alaska Airlines (Seattle/Tacoma).
