bmi to start new flights to Basel/Mulhouse/Freiburg

bmi (British Midland Airways) (East Midlands) and Swiss International Air Lines (Zurich) have jointly announced new routes from London (Heathrow) and Manchester to Basel/Mulhouse/Freiburg (EuroAirport) starting on March 27, 2011.

The new routes will be operated in partnership with Swiss with three flights per day on weekdays between London (Heathrow) and Basel/Mulhouse/Freiburg, with two services on Saturdays and Sundays, and a daily weekday flight between Manchester and Basel/Mulhouse/Freiburg.

Services will be operated by bmi using Airbus A319 aircraft.
