Aeroflot asks the Russian government to fine Sukhoi for its Superjet 100 delays

Aeroflot Russian Airlines (Moscow), an early backer of the new Sukhoi Superjet 100 jetliner, has now asked the Russian government to fine the manufacturer due to all of the delays associated with the new type.
