Korean Air brings the Airbus A380 to New York

Korean Air (Seoul-Incheon) is bringing the Airbus A380 to the New York market starting today. Korean Air flight KE 082 will depart from JFK International Airport today (August 9) at 1400 (2 p.m.), and will be the first A380 flight to cross the Pacific Ocean from New York. The airline will be adding Los Angeles A380 service in October.

Korean Air’s A380 has only 407 seats: 12 luxurious Kosmo First Class suites and 301 Economy Class seats on the first level, with the upstairs featuring 94 lie-flat sleepers spaced six feet apart.
