I do no know much about the organization and logistics of the innerworkings of the company, but as a customer I can understand this large decrease in profit. I have to say they often do have the cheapest flights in terms of connecting flights from Asia. BUT I do not expect the poor service I have experienced, everytime I have been on one of their flights, no matter how low the price gets.
I have gotten thrown up on, my electronic goods stolen, some of the meals skipped and the passengers went hungry, smelly stained blankets, air conditioning put on temperature well below the comfortable levels, and my questions and emails ignored.
I hope this downward trend doesn’t continue because they do provide competitive prices.
Thank you Grace for the insight and your experiences, good or bad.
