ANA is investigating landing gear problems with the 787

ANA (All Nippon Airways) Boeing 787-881 N1014X (JA802A) (msn 34497) PAE (Nick Dean), originally uploaded by Airliners Gallery.

ANA (All Nippon Airways) is investigating a landing gear problem with the new Boeing 787 Dreamliner according to this report by Reuters.

The crew of the first Dreamliner (JA801A) was forced yesterday to drop the landing gear manually, after an indicator light indicated the gear were not properly down.

JA801A landed safely at Okayama on the second attempt.
