Lao Central Airlines (Vientiane) previously known as Phongsavanh Airlines, took delivery of its first Boeing 737-400 (737-4Y0 RDPL-34189 msn 36810) on October 18, 2011.
The pictured Boeing 737-4K5 registered RDPL-34183 (msn 24127) was also rolled out at Amsterdam on October 18, 2011 in full colors and ferried to Brussels pending delivery to Vientiane.
Lao Central is the first private airline in Laos. The new airline is expected to launch operations this month. The first route is expected to be between Vientiane and Bangkok, expanding later to Vietnam.

Lao Central RDPL-34183 flown as OO-TUA on December 12 from Amsterdam to Brussels (see picture Airliners.net) and still there on December 15.
So the info that RDPL-34183 arrived at Vientiane on December 2, 2011 is incorrect.
I am not sure if delivery to Laos already took place.
Thank you Ger for the update and correction.
