Frontier to further downsize Milwaukee, will drop five destinations in April

Frontier Airlines (2nd) Airbus A319-111 N908FR (msn 1759) LAS (Bruce Drum), originally uploaded by Airliners Gallery.

Frontier Airlines (2nd) (Denver) effective on April 16 will suspend nonstop flights from Milwaukee to Dallas/Fort Worth, Grand Rapids, Kansas City, Philadelphia and Phoenix. In addition, the Milwaukee-Newark route will be suspended on April 1. The company is eliminating underperforming routes.

The former Midwest Airlines hub is slowly being dismantled.
